Meet the Founders
Crown Oak Living was established by husband-and-wife team Simon and Quynh Clifton, who bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to the business.
Simon Clifton comes from a family steeped in property. One grandfather was a builder and developer, while the other, along with Simon’s father, was a chartered surveyor and estate agent. Simon himself spent six years as an estate agent in the family business before it was sold in the late 1980s. In addition to a successful career as the co-founder and CTO of Bigblu Broadband PLC, a global leader in alternative broadband, and his role as Scale-Up Director for Innovate UK, Simon has over 30 years of experience as a professional landlord and property developer.
Quynh Clifton complements this expertise with a successful career as a Quant for a New York hedge fund. Like Simon, she also comes from a family with a strong background in property, bringing both financial and strategic insight to Crown Oak Living.
Together, Simon and Quynh combine their deep-rooted knowledge, professional experience, and shared passion for reimagining spaces to deliver exceptional, sustainable property development projects under the Crown Oak Living banner.
